How would you like to design your box?

You can switch at any time – your values are kept.
Step 1

What kind of box do you need?

Outdoor: silicone seal + screws with heat-set inserts.
The turning tab is printed separately, screwed onto a boss on the wall and turns into a cutout in the skirt.
Glue the magnets into their pockets after printing (mind the polarity – mark it with a felt pen).
Screw pin = bigger, tougher knuckles; two 25 mm screws with nyloc lock nuts are enough.
On boxes wider than ~130 mm the latches are automatically doubled.
Inner dimensions [mm]
Box dimensions diagram – width (X axis), depth (Y axis), height (Z axis)
Axes match 3D printing and your slicer: width = X, depth = Y, height = Z (up).
Have a board already? Enter its size
The board is shown in green in the preview. The button computes the inner size including room for the corner screw bosses – no trial and error.

Wall openings

USB, HDMI, RJ45, DC jack, SD card, M12–M32 cable glands, custom circle or rectangle.
No openings yet.

Box dimensions diagram
0 = automatic
added to connector openings (per side)

from the top edge of the box
0 = automatic; a non-sealed box can go smaller (M3 from ⌀ 7.2 mm, M4 from 8.8 mm), the corner follows
adds screws mid-side on longer boxes
0 = flat lid; more = tray lid

Inner lid inside the lid (a compartment e.g. for cables)
Requires a tray lid (lid wall height ≥ compartment depth + 5 mm).

Engraved label
font height [mm]
A label on a wall is handy for boxes stored on a shelf – it stays visible from the side.
More labels (anywhere – custom position, rotation, mirroring)
No extra labels yet.
Labels for buttons and connectors (BT, RESET, USB…). On the bottom, tick "mirror" so the label reads correctly from outside.

Lid openings (indicator light, button, voltmeter…)
No lid openings yet.
A catalog part only pre-fills the dimensions – adjust them as needed. Print tolerance is additionally applied to catalog parts. The rectangle corner radius can be 0 (sharp corners) and a recess can be added around the hole from inside (pocket for a button cap) or outside (connector flange).

Display window / e-paper frame
The visible area is cut all the way through; the full panel slides into a pocket on the underside of the lid. Double-check the dimensions of your module. Dividers handle battery and cabling space, PCB standoffs hold the electronics.

Seal cord (silicone/EPDM)
silicone 20–30, EPDM 15–25
The cord snaps into a dovetail channel in the lid; a step on the wall compresses it. The groove routes around each screw on the inside – the screws stay outside the sealed area.

No grilles yet.

TS35 DIN rail on the bottom
Dividers (1.6 mm)
No dividers yet.

Bottom openings (display window, encoder, microswitches…)
No bottom openings yet.
Useful for "bottom-up" designs where the bottom is the visible face. An outer chamfer improves a display window; an inner recess makes a pocket for a microswitch cap.

No standoffs yet.

Guide rails for a vertical board
No guide rails yet.
Pairs of vertical ribs on opposite walls – the board simply slides into the slot from above, no screws.

Full-length flanges with reinforcing ribs.

Round holes in the walls (connectors, glands, hinge pins) become teardrop-shaped (max. 45° overhang), screw-head counterbores in the lid and nut pockets get stepped bridging (Prusa-style – no circle over a void), the inset lid edge is disabled and the underside of the latch wedges gets a 45° chamfer.

Saving to your library and publishing in the gallery require an account. Without one you can still design the box and download the STL.

CAD import (STEP) Into CAD (Inventor, Fusion…) import the 3MF/STL as a mesh (mesh → convert to solid). Direct STEP export is not possible yet – the configurator builds mesh geometry right in your browser.
